The Show

French fry

Ketchup's closest friend: the french fry.

In November of 2014, one hundred individual fries were collected from acclaimed chefs and iconic restaurants in the city and each were displayed with archival quality as part of the collection.

Explore a selection of specimens highlighting the incredible diversity of New York's
french fries.

The Restaurants

This event would not have been possible without the help and fry donations of the
many participating restaurants.
